We, SIA “Awards & Medal Studio”, registration number: 40103361129, registered office: Kr.Barona street 4-32, Sigulda county, LV-2150, Latvia (henceforth – “we”), take care of your personal data, and in this Policy we explain how personal data are processed in the website www.customawards.eu (henceforth – “Site”).

What information we collect and for what purposes?

o If you contact us through the contact form available in the Site, we request to specify your name, surname, e-mail address and your question. You can specify the required information also partially. We need this information to contact you in order to provide an answer on question.

o If you contact us through the contact form “ad to quote”, we request to specify your name, surname, e-mail address and your question. You can specify the required information also partially. We need this information to contact you in order to provide an answer on your quote.

o We use cookies and similar solutions to ensure operation, functionality of the Site and to analyse our Site and our activities.

Personal data are submitted on a voluntary basis. If you do not provide your personal data, we might be unable to achieve the previously stated goals. For example, if you fail to provide mandatory information requested in the form, we will not be able to answer to your question.

What is the legal basis for our processing of personal data and for how long are they stored?

Personal data are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) (your consent) and (f) (our legitimate interests) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Our legitimate interests include development of our Site and services, protection of our property and lawful interests. You are also entitled to file a complaint with the supervisory authority — Data State Inspectorate.
